Return period
At Jo Louise we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If that is not the case, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure that the items are returned unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. It is important that you keep the proof of return until we have fully processed your return.
